Biography —
Currently a PhD student in the Rhetoric and Composition track for English studies at the University of Kansas (KU). My research interests include: science and technology studies, cultural and new media studies, digital media/digital rhetoric, fan discourse and communities. I've lived in the Greater Kansas City area my whole life and am an avid cat mom!

Research —
Rhetorical implications of representations of Algorithms and AI in media - specifically how has the evolution of generative AI and algorithmic bias been represented in contemporary media.
Teaching —
I have taught ENGL 101, ENGL 102, and ENGL 203 (Intro to Sci-Fi) since Fall 2020. Part of my teaching philosophy is differentiation, yet consistency.
