Biography —
In my research, I work across both rhetoric/rhetorical theory and composition studies, with interests in public rhetoric, audience theory, and writing knowledge transfer/writing pedagogy. I have published books and articles on audience, rhetorical genre studies, public genres (specifically public petitions), writing program ecologies, writing knowledge transfer, and collaborative writing. I am currently co-editing a scholarly volume on public rhetoric, under contract with Bloomsbury Publishing.
